I decided that I am gonna buckle down and do better with exercise and eat better. I took the initiative and started the ABS diet for women. I really like it and would recommend it to anyone who doesn't like dieting.

So I got my butt to the gym and did 15 minutes of the elliptical and 15 minutes of (I'm not sure what its called) A cross between the elliptical and a stair stepper so ellipti-stepper? Afterwards I did some bicep lifts with 15 pounds weights and then some leg presses with 90 lbs!
Once I got home I made myself a protein shake
I know that may not sound like any fun for breakfast, but I am surprised how tasty and how filling the shakes happen to be. The recipe is used from the abs diet its a variation of the Abs diet power smoothie
Here is the recipe
1 cup of 1% Milk
2 tablespoons of low fat vanilla yogurt
3/4 cup of instant oatmeal (I omitted that one)
2 teaspoons of peanut butter
2 teaspoons of chocolate whey powder
6 ice cubes
