Very Fun Work Out!
So A and me have completed our third day of going to the gym at 5:00 in the morning. We also had a visitor with us today, Ms.D(With a real southern accent). It was actually exciting to get there so early in the morning. Pros- No traffic and the street lights around my house turn immediately when I pull up, that can't be said for A. Cons-of course getting out of bed so early that you think it's still the middle of the night. Also Steven gets to sleep in, that makes me real jealous, but I can't complain, I'm on the road to rock hard abs!!! So we designated Wednesday as Cardio/Abs. This is where we do 40 minutes of cardio and then the remaining time on Abdominal work outs.
Secret Santa
I agreed to organize the secret Santa event at work, for our specific department, I thought it would be fun and fill a little of my free time. Well I didn't know that there were people competing for the job of Secret Santa coordinator. That was interesting, I thought I was the only one who volunteered but now I have to work some one else into my plans. As you may know(or you may not it's OK) I don't like to work in groups of people. I always feel like I am doing too much work while my teammates get to goof off and lolly-gag. The issue now is actually giving up some of my responsibility to the project( the hardest part). Well I'll let you know how it turns out in a later post.
CHICKEN TORTILLA SOUP!!!
I just had to involve my favorite soup in this post. I got one of those healthy choice soups that are low in sodium, calories, and all that jazz. It came in a cool microwaveable green cup, the problem being that there are two servings in that tiny cup of soup. No wonder it has such a negligible amount of calories and sodium, you get like two bites of soup. I shouldn't be complaining about serving sizes though because it is the correct portion of soup. OK yeah, yeah, yeah, whatever. I did enjoy the soup to the fullest degree, beside the strange fact that there were pasta noodles in it. I was a little frightened at first because I thought that they were soggy corn chip(ugh!), though they were noodles, they made an excellent addition to the soup.
OK over and out
PS. I need pictures I know I'll be gettin' them!
