I am really not feeling my A-game today and I don't know why. Yesterday when I got out of the Q- Lab, I got my lunch and ate it. Then my stomach started feeling a little bit queasy. It stayed like that all day long. I don't think it was my lunch, but maybe it was because I ate too fast and it upset my sensitive digestive system. Oh well hopefully it will go away today. I have the sneaking suspicion that it is stress induced.
Breakfast was great this morning I had oatmeal with 1/2 a banana, a tbsp of chia seeds and a tbsp of natural peanut butter.

I accompanied it with Coconut Chai tea, I really think black tea is the way to go in the morning since it does have a good amount of caffeine, I get a nice wake up.


Do you like my unseasonable Christmas cup? It was a choice between that and an Easter cup, I went with Christmas!
I decided to evoke my DJ skills and mix it up a little for ya!
Breakfast is important and it is important that it is delicious, so now all I have to worry about is the fact that I forgot to bring utensils with my lunch.
